Quick and pre-simplified analysis view of CNC milling machining operations by collecting real-time data on machine activity from built-in sensors; transmission and storage of the received data on an electronic medium or cloud.
Simplified remote data analysis enabling the operator to work with several milling machines simultaneously and thereby increase the efficiency of the operator's work.
Prototype of an advanced logging device with five sensors.
The project outcome visualises and measures added value data of the milling machine at work.
